How PayIsDue handles contact details, member requests, payment notes, and site counts.

PayIsDue may collect the name, email address, phone number, message, and consent choices you submit through the connect form. If you request member access, the site may collect your name, email address, password hash, selected payment platform, payment handle, payment note, approval status, and admin notes needed to review access.
Payment links open third-party services such as PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, and Apple Pay. Those platforms process payment information under their own privacy policies. PayIsDue only asks for enough payment-note detail to match a member request with a payment.
The site uses a simple aggregate counter that stores only total view counts. It does not store IP addresses, browser fingerprints, or user-agent logs in the counter file. Your browser may save a local flag so one visit does not repeatedly increase the counter.
PayIsDue uses essential cookies for member sessions and local storage or cookies for cookie-notice preferences and the counter flag. The site does not currently use advertising cookies or third-party analytics scripts.
Information is used to respond to inquiries, manage booking or collaboration notes, review member access, provide the member area, protect the site from spam, and maintain basic site operations.
